How do I know which service my watch needs?
The easiest way is to bring it in — or send us a message describing what you're noticing. We'll assess it and let you know what we suggest before any work begins.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during studio hours. If you'd like to set a specific time to discuss a restoration in detail, reaching out beforehand helps us set aside enough time for a proper conversation.
Are the prices listed final?
The prices shown are our standard rates for each service. Occasionally a watch requires additional parts or extra work — if so, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. Nothing additional is done without your agreement.
Can you work on watches from any brand?
We work on a wide range of movements — Swiss, Japanese, and others — across both quartz and mechanical types. There are a small number of proprietary movements we prefer not to open, and we'll tell you honestly if that applies to your piece.
What happens to my watch while it's with you?
Your watch stays at our studio at 41 Nimmanhaemin Road. It's kept in a secure workspace and handled only by our watchmaker. We can update you on progress if you'd like — just ask when you drop it off.
How long has Pradit been working on watches?
Our watchmaker has been working on timepieces for over fifteen years, with a focus on careful servicing and unhurried restoration. Pradit as a studio has been operating in Chiang Mai since 2011.
